I tried a fair few products, cut out spicy foods and even stopped eating after 7pm.Fast forward to now. I got an email from British Supplement and saw a review someone left after successfully using a combo of Marshmallow and Slippery Elm Extract.I had nothing to lose as everything else I took was a temporary solution.I started with the Slippery Elm extract, over 5 days, to ensure it didn't cause an issues (follow the info on the package).As it didn't cause any adverse reaction, I then started with the Marshmallow extract in the morning followed by Slippery Elm in the evening. By the time I got down to the last 10 capsules, my acid re-flux issue eased significantly.Some context.I would have a acid re-flux episode 4 out of 7 nights i.e. it would get me out of bed dashing for the bathroom.
