Over 30 million Californians on flood watch, over 1,000 flights cancelled across the US, 300,000+ lost power and white-out conditions in the north east. These record-breaking storms are forcing residents to be their own first responders. The storm will continue across the US through Friday with heavy rain and flooding expected in many states.
